“Hunting moose during the rut is the classic way to fill your tag. It’s exciting, with the moose responding to the call, and you can have incredible experiences pulling bulls in with the right combination and timing of bull and cow calls. However, I really do prefer the late season for moose hunting. While this time of year offers its share of challenges, it also offers different and exciting possibilities and opportunities.
